Sometimes you come home after a long day and simply want something warm, cheesy and most importantly easy to make.  This weeks Walmart Price Match Recipe Pizza Pasta Bake is just the thing to make.  Not only is it fast to throw together but it has all the things your family will love.  Pasta, pepperoni, pasta sauce and of course cheese.  This recipe is a great one to throw together last minute.  We keep most of the ingredients on hand in our pantry at all times because it is so easy to coupon for them.

Walmart Price Match Recipe: Pizza Pasta Bake

Walmart Price Match Recipe: Pizza Pasta Bake

Cook time: 20 mins

Total time: 35 mins

Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 6 ounces Pepperoni


• 12 oz. Pasta of Choice (we prefer Rigatoni as it holds sauce well)


• 20oz Jar Pasta Sauce of Choice


• 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided


• Additional “pizza” toppings as desired such as olives, bell pepper, onion or mushrooms

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees


2. Spray 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside


3. Cook Pasta as directed on package, drain and pour back into pan.


4. Mix in pasta sauce, pepperoni and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese along with any other “pizza” toppings preferred.


5. Pour into prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.


6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese has melted and begun to bubble and brown.
