Wal-Mart ups price wars for back-to-school season – Walmart is cutting prices on 10% more products than last year and carrying 30% more products online.

Wal-Mart offers 10 percent discount to teachers РDuring Teacher Appreciation week, July 25 through the 31st, teachers can receive a Wal-Mart eGift Card for 10 percent back, on nearly 15,000 products. This includes pencils, pens, paper, classroom d̩cor and more.

Teachers Receive School Supplies From Walmart – Bentonville teachers were surprised with baskets full of school supplies to start the new year.

WalMart Pays High Wages, Not Low Wages – I always like to throw one of these articles I when I can.  Everyone thinks Walmart doesn’t pay well and everytime hard data comes out, it turns out Walmart’s pay scale is right in line with what other similar jobs pay.  Maybe Walmart isn’t the villain it’s assumed to be.
