Walmart Price Match Recipe: Mexican Stockpile Soup
INGREDIENTS
1 10oz. Bag Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
2 Cans Ranch Style Beans
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper Diced
1 Onion Diced
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Package Taco Seasoning
Shredded cheese for topping (optional)
DIRECTIONS
In a large stockpot, cook onions and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon olive oil until soft (6-8 minutes)
Pour in remaining ingredients (except cheese) and stir until well mixed
Cook on medium heat for 30-35 minutes stirring occasionally
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, crackers or tortillas.
