Dian and I just experimented with some low carb and sugar-free cookies. Needless to say, they were terrible. Dian’s no-carb diet has taught me one important thing: carbs are awesome. I had real mashed potatoes the other day for the first time in about 5 years and I wept with joy. It was a life changing experience, just like I’m sure these Nestle baking kits will be when I pick them up tomorrow.
