Friday is coming and that means a fish fry with Louisiana Fish Fry!  I grew up in Tx so Friday fish frys weren’t anything I was familiar with but last year we went over to Florida to pick up my Mother-in-law and saw this phenomenon for myself.  I went to the store and lo and behold there were fry pots at the end of almost every driveway.  I was in Heaven!  I stopped at a little shack and picked up a big ole mess of fried fish.  So good!
