The mild yet soothing flavors of this Curried Pork Tenderloin are sure to please everyone in your family.  Cooking your rice in chicken broth rather than water can also add a nice flavor profile that is mild yet soothing.  This recipe is a great meal to throw together and let simmer in the crockpot for a few hours, or to make double batches of and portion for easy to reheat freezer meals.
